Our story
Our Center is in a building with a long history. Thorold Centre 50+ was once L.G. Norman school and Thorold City Hall. The movement to establish a 50+ Centre in Thorold started in 1914. Despite all the setbacks, we are very proud to say that today we are able to serve Thorold and our surrounding cities with a place for our 50+ community!
Thorold Centre 50+
Thorold Centre 50+ is a centre that gives people over the age of 50 a place to do activities, connect with friends and enjoy an affordable lunch. Our members enjoy classes that run from Monday to Friday. We also have events that everyone is welcome to attend with friends and family. The membership is affordable for everyone and all our classes are included. Try a 7 day pass for free and see what everyone is talking about.
